ATLANTA – (BGCMA) Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA), a non-profit focused on youth development for metro Atlanta children, today announced Missy Dugan as the Interim President and Chief Professional Officer (CPO). Dugan will succeed William Lampley, who recently resigned as President and CPO.

Dugan was most recently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BGCMA, where she managed organization operations for 26 Clubs. She also served in the role of Vice President of Development and Marketing for BGCMA and has been with the organization more than four years. Dugan has experience in operations, marketing and development through her years of work in the Boys & Girls Clubs organization. She has also worked as a non profit consultant, as well as a congressional aide to two members of the US House of Representatives.

BGCMA focuses its after school youth development in three areas: academic success, healthy lifestyles and character and leadership.

Dugan holds a B.A. degree in Business from the University of West Georgia, and numerous achievement awards through her work within Boys & Girls Clubs.  Her husband, Mike is a retired LTC from the United States Army, and they are the proud parents of two children, Meghan and Beau.
