DULUTH – (Gwinnett County Sherrif’s Department) The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department and Immigration Customs Enforcement agents arrested three men Thursday night in an apartment off Boggs Road after they discovered a large amount of methamphetamine inside the residence while serving a search warrant.

Deputies along with ICE agents were at the location in order to serve a warrant based on a tip they received. The incident occurred at Idlewood Apartments at 1435 Boggs Road in Duluth.

Upon entry into the apartment, they found four to five gallons of liquid methamphetamine, approximately 158 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a semi-automatic weapon.

They contacted the county’s Hazmat team and DEA also was notified of the hazardous materials on scene. The apartment building was evacuated until it could be deemed safe.

Various agencies were involved at the scene once the drugs were discovered including DEA, Gwinnett Police Department’s Narcotics unit, Hazmat and Gwinnett Fire.

Charged are Cesar Sierro-Pinneda for Trafficking Methampetamine, Jorge Leon-Polido for trafficking methamphetamine and Canderleria Trinidad for Trafficking Methamphetamine and possession of a weapon during the commission of certain crimes.
