GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- The Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District (GPCID) welcomes Kimberly Morphis as the newest member of the board of directors.

Morphis is the president of LVK Management Corp., a commerical real estate property management company. She specializes in leasing and managing shopping centers.

"We are excited to have Kimberly Morphis join the board to help us further our objective of increasing the vitality of greater Gwinnett Place," GPCID executive director Joe Allen said in a statement. "We welcome her leadership and professional insights as we move forward with a number of highly visible and important improvements."
