DULUTH, Ga. – The city of Duluth is starting construction on a new park for you and your barking companion. On September 27, the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation will be breaking ground on another SPLOST funded project, a dog park.

Chattapoochee Dog Park, the three acre dog park will be located in the Roger Bridge Park along the Chattahoochee River.

According to the city of Duluth, β€œthe Chattapoochee Dog Park will include a one acre dog park for small dogs with an interactive fountain and a two acre large dog park with an interactive fountain, seating areas, dog agility equipment, and green space.”
